1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User," "Player," or "you") and 366ph ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of all gaming services, content, and features available through the 366ph platform, including but not limited to the website located at https://366ph.cam, mobile applications, and any related services (collectively, the "Service" or "Platform").

2.3 Geographic Restrictions

Our Service is intended for users physically located in the Philippines. Users accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited or restricted are solely responsible for compliance with local laws. 366ph disclaims all liability for use of the Service in violation of local regulations.

2.4 Legal Capacity

3. Account Registration

3.1 Account Creation

To access gaming services on 366ph, you must register for an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. Required information includes your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and residential address. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information constitutes a breach of these Terms.

3.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) active account on 366ph. Creating multiple accounts, whether using the same or different credentials, is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraud. We employ sophisticated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Discovery of multiple accounts will result in closure of all accounts, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. You must immediately notify 366ph of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. 366ph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

3.4 Account Information Updates

You must promptly update your account information if any details change. Failure to maintain current information may delay or prevent withdrawals and could result in account restrictions.

4. Deposits & Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

366ph accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, major Philippine banks (including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank), InstaPay, PesoNet, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP). Currency conversion, if applicable, is performed at prevailing exchange rates and may incur additional fees charged by your payment provider.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposits

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are clearly displayed during the deposit process. Maximum deposit limits may apply based on payment method, account status, and regulatory requirements. VIP players may be eligible for higher limits.

4.3 Deposit Processing

Most deposits are processed instantly. However, processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected. Bank transfers and certain credit card deposits may require up to 24-48 hours for processing. 366ph is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or financial institutions.

4.4 Source of Funds

You warrant that all funds deposited into your 366ph account are derived from legitimate sources and do not originate from criminal activity, money laundering, or terrorist financing. We reserve the right to request documentation proving the source of funds at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account closure and reporting to appropriate authorities.

4.5 No Refunds on Deposits

All deposits are final and non-refundable once credited to your account balance. Deposits that have been used to place wagers cannot be refunded. Chargeback requests or payment disputes filed with your financial institution constitute a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and potential legal action.

5. Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal Requests

You may request withdrawal of your account balance at any time, subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit whenever possible. Alternative withdrawal methods may be used in certain circumstances at 366ph's discretion.

Withdrawal requests will not be processed until verification is complete.

5.3 Wagering Requirements

All deposits must be wagered at least one (1) time before withdrawal is permitted. Bonus funds are subject to specific wagering requirements detailed in the applicable bonus terms. Attempting to withdraw without meeting wagering requirements may result in forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings.

5.4 Processing Times

Standard withdrawal processing time is 24-72 hours from the time all verification requirements are satisfied. E-wallet withdrawals (GCash, PayMaya) are typically processed within 24 hours. Bank transfers may require 2-5 business days. Processing times do not include weekends, Philippine public holidays, or time required for your financial institution to credit your account.

5.5 Withdrawal Limits

Minimum withdrawal amounts and maximum daily, weekly, and monthly withdrawal limits apply and vary based on account status and payment method. VIP players enjoy higher withdrawal limits and priority processing.

5.6 Fees

366ph does not charge fees for standard withdrawals. However, your payment provider or financial institution may impose their own fees. You are responsible for all third-party fees. Excessive withdrawal requests or requests for unusual amounts may be subject to administrative fees at our discretion.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 Bonus Terms Applicability

7. Game Rules & Betting

7.1 Game Rules

Game rules are accessible within each game interface. 366ph is not liable for losses resulting from misunderstanding of game rules.

7.2 Random Number Generator (RNG)

All game outcomes on 366ph slots and electronic games are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems that ensure fairness and randomness. RNG systems are regularly tested by independent third-party auditors to verify compliance with industry standards.

7.3 Betting Limits

8. Prohibited Activities

• Multiple Accounts: Creating more than one account per person, sharing accounts, or allowing third parties to use your account.

• Money Laundering: Using 366ph to transfer, conceal, or legitimize funds obtained through illegal means.
• Reverse Engineering: Attempting to decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or otherwise derive source code from the Platform or games.
• Unauthorized Access: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts, 366ph systems, or restricted areas of the Platform.
• Exploitation of Errors: Intentionally exploiting software errors, bugs, or technical malfunctions for personal gain.
• Offensive Conduct: Engaging in harassment, hate speech, or abusive behavior toward other players or 366ph staff.

Violation of any prohibited activity will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all account balances, and potential legal action. 366ph reserves the right to report suspected criminal activity to appropriate law enforcement authorities.

9. Account Suspension & Closure

9.1 Suspension by 366ph

366ph reserves the right to suspend or close your account at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to suspected violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or failure to provide required verification documents. During suspension, you will not be able to access your account or place wagers.

9.2 Self-Exclusion

As part of our commitment to responsible gaming, 366ph offers self-exclusion options allowing you to temporarily or permanently close your account. Self-exclusion periods range from 24 hours to permanent closure. During self-exclusion, you will not be able to log in, deposit, or wager. 9.3 Voluntary Closure

You may request voluntary closure of your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining account balance will be returned to you after verification, subject to completion of any applicable wagering requirements.

9.4 Inactive Accounts

Accounts with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months are considered inactive. 366ph reserves the right to charge a monthly maintenance fee on inactive accounts. To reactivate an inactive account, contact customer support.

10. Intellectual Property

All content available on the 366ph Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software, and the compilation thereof (collectively, "Content"), is the property of 366ph or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform and Content for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not include any right to: (a) resell or commercial use of the Service or Content; (b) collection and use of product listings, descriptions, or prices; (c) derivative use of the Service or Content; (d) downloading or copying account information for the benefit of third parties; or (e) use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.

Unauthorized use of any Content may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws and is strictly prohibited. You may not frame or utilize framing techniques to enclose any trademark, logo, or other proprietary information of 366ph without express written consent.

11. Liability & Disclaimers

11.1 No Warranty

The 366ph Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. 366ph does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

11.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 366ph, its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from: (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (c) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content; or (d) any other matter relating to the Service.

11.3 Maximum Liability

In no event shall 366ph's total liability to you for all damages, losses, or causes of action exceed the amount you have deposited into your account during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to liability.

11.4 Third-Party Services

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, payment processors, and services that are not owned or controlled by 366ph. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services. You acknowledge and agree that 366ph shall not be liable for any damage or loss caused by your use of any third-party services.

12.2 Governing Law

Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines, and you hereby irrevocably consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in such courts.

12.4 Arbitration

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or breach thereof that cannot be resolved through customer support may be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with Philippine arbitration law. The arbitration shall be conducted in English in Metro Manila, Philippines.

13. Changes to Terms

366ph reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time in our sole discretion. Material changes will be communicated to you via email to your registered email address or through prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Service following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes. If you do not agree to modified Terms, you must immediately cease using the Service and may request closure of your account.
